Second Brain / Company
Your team's shared memory.
Every decision, every commitment, every customer conversation — cited, searchable, and private to your company. Your leadership team stops re-asking the same questions. New hires ramp in weeks instead of months. The CEO keeps a private sidecar for the things only they should see.

Stop re-deciding what you already decided.
Your company runs on conversations, decisions, and commitments that live in 12 different tools. Company Brain is the layer on top — one place where every team member can ask a question about the business and get a cited answer from across Slack, HubSpot, meetings, Gmail, and your drive.
"Engineering — what commitments did sales make about the Q3 release timeline on the Acme call?"
→ Pulls the Zoom transcript, the Slack thread afterward, and the HubSpot note. All cited.
"Who on our team has talked to a Fortune 500 prospect in the last 60 days, and what were the outcomes?"
→ Cross-searches Gmail, HubSpot, meetings, and Slack across all 10 team members.
"New hire — give me the three things I need to know about the Acme account before my 1:1 tomorrow."
→ Surfaces the relationship history, current deal status, and last three customer conversations with full citations.
Everything your team says, decides, and documents becomes part of the brain. The longer you run it, the smarter it gets — and the harder it becomes to replace.
Everything in Executive Brain, plus the team layer.
Company Brain is a full team rollout. Shared knowledge, private sidecars, role-based access, and every integration wired so the brain doesn't just answer questions — it reflects how your company actually thinks.
Everything in Executive Brain
- Your own private server + custom subdomain — brain.yourcompany.com, secured with Google SSO.
- Cited answer engine — Every response links to the source.
- Claude Sonnet 4.6 reasoning — Model upgrades included.
- Core integrations — HubSpot, QBO, Gmail, Zoom/Read.ai, LinkedIn.
Company Brain Exclusives
- Up to 10 user seats — CEO, leadership, and key ops team. Additional seats $250/mo each.
- Slack integration — All public channels pulled in hourly. DMs never touched. The brain remembers every team discussion.
- Per-user Gmail sync — Each team member's inbox feeds the brain so the company sees what individuals see (with permission).
- Shared calendar + drive — Meeting context and documented decisions, searchable as a single layer.
- Private CEO sidecar vault — Confidential notes, board prep, comp conversations — invisible to the team, visible to the CEO. Team knowledge stays shared, sensitive notes stay private.
- Role-based access — Admin, user, and viewer permissions controlled by the CEO. Change access with one command.
- Team training session — 90-minute group session. Everyone leaves knowing how to ask good questions, how to read citations, and how to feed the brain.
- Biweekly check-ins + monthly usage report — We show you what the team is asking, what's getting used, and what's not.
- Quarterly strategy session — 90 minutes with your leadership team. Where's the brain adding leverage, where should it go next.
- 4-hour priority support — Business-hours response, faster than Executive Brain's 24-hour SLA.
The CEO's brain, or the team's.
Most CEOs start with Executive Brain and upgrade to Company Brain within six months. A few come straight to Company — usually because they already know the whole leadership team needs it. Both paths work.

Teams who've outgrown "it's in someone's head."
Company Brain is built for companies between $3M and $20M ARR with a leadership team that's making decisions faster than any single tool can track them. Ten people, fifty meetings a week, a CRM, a finance tool, a Slack workspace that's become institutional memory by default — and no way to ask the whole system a question.
- You keep re-deciding the same things. Someone asks "didn't we already figure this out?" and nobody can find the thread. Company Brain is the system of record for decisions.
- Onboarding takes months. New hires spend their first quarter asking the same questions to five different people. With Company Brain, they ask the brain.
- Your leadership team is operating on different information. Sales thinks one thing, product thinks another, finance is on a third page. One shared brain fixes that.
- You have too many meetings about what was decided in earlier meetings. The brain catches the minutes and cites them.
- Your team is 10–75 people. Below 10 you probably want Executive Brain first. Above 75 you're into Glean territory and we'll happily refer you.
Seven to ten days from kickoff to team-wide live.
Company Brain takes longer than Executive Brain because of the team wiring: per-user Gmail credentials, Slack workspace installation, role permissions, and the private sidecar setup. Still fast by any enterprise measure.
Day 0–1
Kickoff + team intake
60-minute call with the CEO + leadership. We map data sources, assign seats, define the private sidecar scope, and collect permissions.
Day 2–4
Infrastructure + integration wiring
Server, subdomain, Slack install, per-user Gmail sync, calendar, drive, HubSpot, QBO. Full historical ingest starts in parallel.
Day 5–7
Indexing + sidecar setup
Team-wide knowledge graph builds. CEO's private sidecar is provisioned and tested. Role permissions locked in.
Day 8
CEO walkthrough
45 minutes, CEO-only. How the brain works, how the sidecar works, how to ask questions. CEO tests before the team sees it.
Day 9
Team training + go-live
90-minute team session. Everyone logs in, asks their first real question, sees a real answer with citations. Team leaves using it.
Day 14 & 28
First check-ins
Biweekly rhythm begins. We report on usage, surface what's missing, tune based on how the team is actually asking things.
