How is this different from your small business services?

Totally different motion. The small business side is about getting HVAC shops, dental offices, and salons off spreadsheets and into automation. This is for founders, agencies, and MSPs who need someone to build internal tools, run outbound pipelines, and think seriously about where AI fits inside a real operation.

What if I just need advice? Not a full build?

That's what The Audit is for. I come in, look at what you're actually doing, and tell you what I'd do about it, in writing, ranked by impact. You can act on it whether we keep working together or not. No catch.

Can you work with my existing team?

That's the whole point. I slot in alongside your people, not over them. I build tools your team will actually use and show them how to run it after I'm done. The goal is never to make you dependent on me. That would be doing it wrong.

How fast do you move?

Fast. The Audit wraps in two weeks. A focused Build ships in 2 to 4 weeks depending on scope. I don't do six-month discovery phases. If we're still planning after 30 days, something went sideways.

Do you do project work without a retainer?

Yes. The Audit and The Build are both one-time engagements. No monthly commitment required. The Operator retainer is month-to-month after the first 60 days anyway. You're not locked in.

What if I have something in mind that's not on the list?
