01How do I know which one I need?

If your business runs on software that was never built for it, that’s a custom platform. If you’re paying for a pile of apps that don’t talk to each other, that’s a stack replacement. Either way, Support keeps it running once it’s live. Not sure? Book the free call and we’ll tell you, including when the answer is none of them.

02Is there a contract?

Builds are a fixed quote with three payments. Support and Partner run on a six-month commitment, or month to month for $1,000 a month more.

03What’s the difference between Support and Partner?

Speed and a second brain. Partner keeps two requests moving at once instead of one, adds a monthly strategy call about what to build next, and includes a Command Center for whoever runs the business.

04Why do builds start at $5,000?

Because we build the whole thing properly: scoped, built, tested, written down and handed over working. Smaller jobs get done faster and cheaper by an off-the-shelf tool, and if that’s the right answer for you, we’ll say so.

05Who is this actually for?

Owners whose business is held together by hand: a pile of apps, a spreadsheet only one person understands, a process nobody has time to fix.
