Why Handled exists.

01

Big companies have someone whose job is fixing this. Everybody else has a workaround.

A company with three hundred people has someone whose whole job is fixing the systems that slow everyone down. They have a budget for it, a person who owns it, and permission to try things that do not work.

A company with eleven people has the owner, at 9pm, watching a video from a guy in a rented Lamborghini who wants $4,000 for a course. That is the actual choice most owners at that size are given. Hire someone at $150,000 a year that you cannot justify, or buy hype from somebody who has never run a business like yours.

That gap is the whole reason this exists. Not because software is magic. Because the people who could get the most out of a real fix are the people nobody credible is bothering to help.

So we do the boring version. Find what's actually slowing you down, build the solution, and tell you plainly when software is the wrong answer.

02

Nobody started a business to do the admin.

You started it because you were good at something. The photography, the law, the boutique, the build. Then the business showed up around that thing, and the business turned out to be invoices, follow-ups, scheduling, chasing, re-typing the same information into a fourth system.

None of that is why you did it. All of it is where the week goes.

The work only you can do is the work that made the business worth having. When it gets buried, the business stops being the thing you wanted and starts being a job with worse hours. We have watched that happen to people we like, which is a stupid reason to start a company and also the true one.

Every build is aimed at the same thing: fix what's in the way, so the business goes back to being the thing you wanted.

Three rules we work by.

Beliefs are cheap. These come out of the two above, and you can hold us to all three. Same three as on who we are.

We'll tell you when it's a $20 app

We do what's best for you, even when it doesn't make us a dime. If the right answer is a tool you can buy today, you'll hear that on the first call.

A fixed price, agreed first

A free scoping call, then a fixed quote. You know the price and the timeline before anything starts, and the price doesn't move. Builds start at $5,000.

Somebody on it after launch

Training and a clean handoff, then monthly support. Fixes get handled, and new requests turn around in 48 hours.
