Pricing

Every price we charge, on one page.

No "contact us for pricing." Three tiers, A to C: we look after what you already have, we build the thing and hand it over, or we build it and we stay on it. Everything else on this page is a smaller job or a bigger project, priced flat.

One

Assist, Build, Command.

The one that trips people up is Build versus Command, and the answer is not size. It is whether the thing drifts. A website does not drift: you build it, it sits there, it works. An outreach engine drifts, because sending domains cool off and models change underneath you. Build hands you an asset. Command hands you an operation, and operations need an operator. Tell us what you are building and we will tell you which one it is.

First 30 days risk-free. Then a three month minimum, then month-to-month with 30 days notice.

Tier A

Handled Assist

from $250 per month

$250 for a site, $500 for a system

Somebody is watching it so you do not have to. It is already built and working, and you would rather not be the one who finds out it broke.

  • We watch it: uptime, errors, the things that break quietly
  • We fix what breaks. No ticket, no hourly, no "that will be extra"
  • We keep it current when the tools change underneath you, and they will
  • One page a month: what happened, what we fixed, what is coming
  • An hour of changes a month. Use it or do not
  • You hear back within one business day

Best fit if the thing exists and you want it looked after.

No new builds. Want a new thing? That is Handled Build.

Tier B

Handled Build

from $2,500 fixed price, one time

Then Assist, or take it and go

You get a thing that works, and it is yours. You know what you want built, you want it done right once, and then you want to get on with your life.

  • Fixed price agreed before anything starts. No hourly meter
  • Built, tested, and handed over working
  • Written down so your team can run it without us
  • Thirty days of fixes after launch, included
  • Then it moves onto Handled Assist, or you take it and go

Best fit if you can name the thing you want built.

We do not stay. If it needs watching, you want Handled Command, and we will tell you which one you need before you pay us anything.

Tier C

Handled Command

from $3,500 build, then $1,500 / mo

Two working sessions a month

We build it, then we stay and run it with you. Some builds drift: they touch customers, or money, or they lean on tools that change every few months. Those need somebody on them.

  • Everything in Handled Build, at the scope the job actually needs
  • Then we stay on: two working sessions a month, on your screen
  • New work ships every month, not just fixes
  • We own whether it is working, not a list of tickets
  • Everything we build is yours, documented, if you ever take it in-house

Best fit if the thing you need is the kind that drifts.

Still part-time. This is not a full-time hire and we will never pretend it is.

Not sure which tier? Start with the size of the problem.

Everything below is a different size of problem, and they are not priced the same way on purpose. Most people need something smaller than they think.

The rule we use to decide

If you can name $50,000 or more of value at stake, we measure it first and you get three options at three fixed prices, each a fraction of what it is worth. That is the honest way to price something big.

If you cannot, we just quote it. Charging you for a diagnostic on a $3,000 job would be daft, and we will tell you that rather than sell you a process you do not need.

Nobody starts with a retainer.

We diagnose before we prescribe, so you are never buying on a guess. This is the way in, and every dollar of it credits toward whatever you buy after it.

  1. The Diagnostic · $1,500

Two weeks. Your whole business, not one task. We find where the money is actually leaking and put a number on it together, then you get three ways to fix it at three fixed prices. Yours to keep whether or not you hire us, and credited in full against anything you buy next.

You know what you want built. We scope it, agree on the price, and ship it. No retainer, no monthly commitment, and you own everything at the end.

Web Development

Your site, rebuilt so it looks like the business you actually run. We keep your domain, your content and your search rankings, then move you onto hosting that does not raise its price on you every year.

Recent: Saddle & Sage, Travel Magic by Mimi

  • Move your existing site to our hosting $250one-time
  • Hosting, locked for life $50/ mo
  • Revamp what you have from $1,000
  • Full rebuild $2,500
  • Handled Assist, we keep it current $250/ mo

App Development

Custom software built for one business: yours. Usually the thing your team is currently doing in six spreadsheets and a group chat. Scoped, priced, and yours to keep.

Start with the $1,500 Diagnostic and the number you get is real, not a guess that doubles in month two. That fee comes off the build.

Recent: the Saddle & Sage styling app

$7,500 to $25,000 Scoped per project, plus monthly hosting and support

Platform Development

Software that many customers use, not one. Multi-tenant, built to be sold. This is the version where you are not buying a tool, you are launching a product.

There is no honest sticker price on a platform, so we do not print one. Two weeks of paid discovery gets you the technical spec, the data model, a phased roadmap, and a fixed price for the build. If you go ahead, the $2,500 comes off the top.

Recent: Parlor, Batch, the Court Room

$2,500 Two-week discovery sprint, credited toward the build

AI Build

One specific thing, automated end to end. A workflow that runs itself, an assistant trained on your voice and your files, an internal tool nobody has to be trained on. Built, tested, documented, handed over.

For scale: a single workflow usually lands near the bottom of that range, a custom internal tool sits in the middle, and a full defined-scope build runs to the top.

Most common first project

Questions people actually ask.

How do I know which one I need?

Easiest split: if you can name the thing you want built, that is Handled Build. If it is already built and you want it looked after, that is Handled Assist. If the thing you need is the sort that needs somebody on it every month, that is Handled Command. If you know something is wrong but cannot name the build yet, start with the $1,500 Diagnostic and let it tell you. Still not sure after reading this page, book a call and we will tell you which one you need.

What is the Diagnostic, and why is it paid?

It is the diagnosis. Inside 48 hours you get an exec summary, an effort-vs-impact map of every AI opportunity we find, the exact tools worth adopting with their real costs, a four-day quick-win plan, the bigger builds worth scoping, and your projected ROI in hours and dollars. It is paid because free advice gets skimmed and shelved. The fee is credited in full toward anything you buy next, so if we keep working together it cost you nothing.

What is a Fractional AI Exec, in plain English?

A senior AI operator working in your business part-time, without the full-time salary. We show up, build the things, run the systems, and keep the roadmap moving. When a build needs more hands than ours, we bring in specialists we have worked with and manage them, so you deal with one person and one invoice.

Who is this actually for?

Companies doing $1M to $5M, 5 to 50 people, where the founder or COO knows AI is the next leverage point but does not have time to figure out where to start. If your tools are not talking to each other and nobody owns the AI roadmap, this is for you.

Is there a contract? What if it is not working?

Your first 30 days are risk-free. If we are not earning our keep in the first month, tell us and you walk. No minimum, no hard feelings. Past that there is a three month minimum on every retainer tier, then month-to-month with a 30-day cancel notice.

What is the difference between Handled Build and Handled Command?

Whether the thing drifts. A website does not drift. You build it, it sits there, it works, and Handled Assist keeps an eye on it for $250 a month. An outreach engine drifts: sending domains cool off, lists go stale, the models change underneath you, prompts stop working as well as they did. That kind of thing quietly stops working if nobody is on it, so it comes with us on it. Build hands you an asset. Command hands you an operation, and operations need an operator. If you are not sure which yours is, ask us and we will tell you straight, including when the answer is the cheaper one.

Is Handled Assist just hosting?

No. Hosting is $50 a month and it keeps the lights on. Assist is somebody actually looking at the thing: watching for errors, fixing what breaks, keeping it working when the tools it depends on change, and sending you one page a month so you know where it stands. Most of what we fix under Assist, you would never have noticed until it cost you something.

How is scope set if there are no hours?

By outcomes, not a clock. Handled Assist is a fixed monthly with an hour of changes in it. Handled Build is a fixed price agreed before anything starts. Handled Command is a monthly where we own whether the thing is working, not a list of tickets. Scope stays inside AI, automation and web work: building automations, configuring tools, writing prompts, debugging integrations, training your team, joining working sessions. It does not cover things outside that lane like logo design or ad copywriting.

Can I move between tiers?

Yes, and most people do. The usual path is a Build, then Assist to look after it. If it turns out the thing needs more than looking after, Assist rolls into Command and what you have already paid that month comes off it. Changes take effect the next billing cycle. No drama.

which one?
