What we collect, and what we do with it

This site belongs to Handled Agency LLC, a small software and AI shop in Greenville, South Carolina. This page covers handledagency.co and the forms on it. The short version: we collect what you type into a form, we use it to answer you, and we do not sell it.
What you give us
When you fill in a form on this site (a resource download, the prompt pack, the free skills, The Handoff newsletter, an AI audit request, the $47 report, a WebSight request, or an intake form after you hire us), we keep what you typed. Depending on the form, that is your name, email, phone number, business name, role, town, website, and your answers to the questions on that form.
We use it to send you what you asked for, to reply to you, and to follow up about the work. Every submission lands in our own records and in our own customer tracker so it does not get lost in an inbox.
What gets collected automatically
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics to see which pages get read and which buttons get clicked. It sets cookies and records things like the pages you view, roughly where you are, and what device you are on.
- Spam filtering. When a form submission looks like a bot, we log it with the IP address and browser details that came with it, so we can check we did not block a real person. Those records delete themselves after 90 days.
- Bot checks. Some forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots.
- Hosting. The site runs on Cloudflare, which handles every request and keeps standard server logs.
Who else touches it
A few services do the work behind the forms. Each one sees only what it needs:
- Cloudflare hosts the site and stores form submissions.
- Resend sends our emails, including the confirmation you get and the notice we get.
- Stripe takes payments. Your card details go straight to Stripe and never touch our servers.
- beehiiv runs The Handoff newsletter, only if you signed up for it or ticked the box to join.
- Google Analytics, as described above.
- Our booking page at book.handledagency.co keeps the name, email and time you give it when you book a call.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Emails from us
A form sends you the one email it promised. You only get The Handoff if you asked for it, and every issue has an unsubscribe link.
Getting it changed or deleted
Email keegan@handledagency.co and ask. We will tell you what we have, fix it, or delete it.
Changes
If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
