Everything your company needs to sell, in one place.

A website, a CRM, a second brain and outreach, built as one system for small tech companies where the founder is still doing all the selling.

Four apps’ worth of work, one system.

Most companies at this stage are juggling a landing page, a lead spreadsheet, a notes app and the founder’s inbox. We swap all of it for one thing that actually talks to itself.

How it works.

  1. 01We talk

An hour together, over coffee in Greenville or on a call. You tell us how the business runs today.

  2. 02One fixed price

$7,500, agreed before anything starts. Half to start, a quarter at the midpoint, a quarter at launch.

  3. 03We build it

Four to six weeks. Your website, CRM, second brain and outreach, set up around how you already work, with your leads and customers moved in.

  4. 04You are live

Training and a clean handoff, then your 12-month plan starts. The new email inboxes warm up during the build, so cold email is ready to send right around launch.

One price to build it. One plan to run it.

$7,500 to build, and the price does not move. After launch, one plan keeps it all running.

Common questions.

Who is Business in a Box for?

Business in a Box is for small tech and software companies where the founder still does most of the selling. If your leads live in a spreadsheet or an inbox and there is no sales hire yet, it fits. If you already have a sales team running on software that does not fit, a custom build is probably the better call. The free call will tell you which, including when the answer is neither.

How long does the build take?

Four to six weeks from kickoff to launch. Your monthly plan starts the day you go live, not before.

What counts as a request?

One small, finishable thing, about an hour of work: a new page, a change to a campaign, a new field in your CRM. Anything bigger, we quote before we start, so there are no surprise invoices.

Is there a contract?

Yes. The $1,997 monthly plan is a 12-month term, starting the day you go live. The build is its own fixed price, paid half to start, a quarter at the midpoint and a quarter at launch.

What do I keep if I leave?

Everything. Your website, your CRM and every customer in it, your second brain, and the email domains and inboxes. It is all set up in your name and written down, so someone else can pick it up.

When does the outreach start?

Outreach is cold email to the companies you want to sell to. New inboxes need about a month to warm up so your emails do not land in spam, and they warm up during the build, so sending starts right around launch. If you sell to consumers instead, it is email to your own users, and it starts at launch.

What happens when I outgrow it?

We build what is next on top of it. Nothing gets thrown away, and everything we build is yours, written down so your team can run it.

Ready to get serious?

An hour, over coffee or a call. Tell us where the company is now and where you want it, and we will tell you whether Business in a Box fits, even if the answer is no. No sales pitch.
