Built around how your business already works.

One tool or the whole system your business runs on. We find what is slowing you down and build the fix. Starting at $5,000, with one fixed quote before anything starts.

One tool, or the whole system.

A Build is software made for your business, not a template bent to fit it. It usually takes one of two shapes.

Software built for how you run

Your business runs on software that was never built for it, or on no software at all.

Members, bookings, payments, scheduling, check-ins. Whatever your business actually runs on, built around how your team already works and kept in one place you own.

  • Built around how your team actually works
  • Scoped and priced before anyone writes code
  • Yours to keep, no per-seat license

One system instead of a pile of apps

You pay for a pile of apps that do not talk to each other, and somebody copies data between them by hand.

We map every tool you pay for, then build one system that does the job. Fewer logins, fewer monthly bills, and nothing falling through the cracks between them.

  • Every tool and what it costs, mapped first
  • Your data moved over, not left behind
  • Documented so your team can run it

A couple we have built.

The Court Room

Members club, pre-opening

A full membership platform: member portal, payments, door access, the whole system a club runs on. Built on our multi-tenant backend so it does not need its own engineering team to stay online.

Backend live, member portal in build ahead of opening.

Saddle & Sage Boutique

Emmett, Idaho

Whitney was running her boutique on a Square Online template. We rebuilt the storefront as a custom site pulling live from her Square catalog, so she keeps the inventory system she already knows. Then we built her a styling app on top of it.

Custom storefront live on her own domain, plus a second build: a personal styling app for her customers.

The storefront came first. The styling app was built on top of it.

Common questions.

How much does a custom software build cost?

A Handled Build starts at $5,000, with one fixed quote after an hour together. A simple build usually takes 2 to 4 weeks. A whole system costs more and takes longer, and you get both numbers before anything starts.

How is a Build priced?

That hour is the scoping. Then one fixed quote. Half when you sign, a quarter at the midpoint, a quarter at launch. The price does not move. If something new comes up mid-build, it is a new conversation, never a surprise invoice.

Why does it say "starting at" $5,000?

Because $5,000 is where a Build starts: one focused tool, built properly. Bigger projects quote higher, like a whole system with payments and members, or one that replaces several apps and moves all their data over. Either way you get the exact number in writing before anything starts, and it does not change. If an off-the-shelf tool would do the job better and cheaper, we will tell you.

Who owns what you build?

You do, and it is written down. Everything we build is yours and documented, so your team, or anybody else, can run it without us if you ever take it in-house.

What if I need changes later?

Upkeep and Partner both cover changes after launch: Upkeep handles up to two small requests a month, and Partner takes requests through your client portal with a 48-hour turnaround. Anything bigger than a request gets quoted as its own project, the same way the first build was.

Upkeep or Partner?

Upkeep keeps it running: hosting, fixes, security updates and a couple of small requests a month. It fits a Front Door site or a small Build. Partner keeps building with you: hosting and fixes included, requests through your portal turned around in 48 hours, emergencies that jump the line, and a 60-minute call every month. It fits a business that runs on what we built. Not sure? We will help you pick on the call.

Is there a contract?

The Build is a fixed quote with three payments. Upkeep is month to month. Partner runs on a six-month commitment, or month to month for $1,000 a month more.

How long does a build take?

A simple build usually takes 2 to 4 weeks once you send over how your business works. A whole system takes longer. Either way, the timeline is in the quote, next to the price, before you sign anything.

What is slowing you down?

An hour, over coffee or a call. Tell us how the business runs today and what keeps getting stuck, and we will tell you whether a Build is the right fix, even if the answer is no. No sales pitch.
